We have these annoying neighbor dogs that bark in the early morning hours. It’s so annoying. I think they must have gotten a new dog in because this morning it was barking a high pitched squeal unrelentlessly. Then another dog, same neighbor, would respond every 30 seconds. SO ANNOYING!
