A few months ago, my sister took my grandma to Vegas. I don’t think my grandma loves anything more in the world than Vegas. And I don’t think my Aunt Kim loves anything more in the world, than my grandma. The relevance will come later.
A week after they returned, my Aunt was asking grandma how the trip was, did she win lots, was she fed well. Aunt Kim is extremely concerned about the welfare of her mother and does everything in her power to assure that grandma is doing well. Grandma told her that she had the best meal in the WORLD while there. Surprised and curious, she asked my sister what it was. Did you take grandma to get prime rib? No. Did you take her to some fancy Italian restaurant? No. What could it be? What world class cuisine could have made grandma so happy? Aunt Kim had to know.
My sister racked her brain for a few minutes, trying to relive the steps they took. Finally it dawned on her.
“Are you talking about the Egg McMuffin we had at the State Line?”
Yup, that was it folks. Nothing puts a smile on a 80 year old woman’s face than an Egg McMuffin from McDonald’s.
Nice!!!! McDonalds cures everybody with their food. Not only Egg McMuffin, but also their Coke and Fries…oh yah, baby!!!
