Mango Mousse

We had our (near) weekly dinner party tonight at my apartment. The theme was “Asian” and the menu consisted of potstickers, satay chicken with peanut sauce, coconut and lemongrass mini-eggrolls (two different types), and of course white and red wines. The star of the show was Kelly’s wonderful Mango Mousse. If perfection would be improved, I would point to the slivers of lime rind and the candied ginger that garnished the top of serving.
