I was reading the eGullet forums and someone mentioned in passing that they were going through their Amoretti samples. I heard of this company before but didn’t know what samples he was referring to. I did some more research and after some brief googling, I decided to email a rep who posted her contact information on a website. I received a reply pretty much immediately and when I got back from my hiatus, I found a package waiting for me at work.
This was sent via FedEx from Oxnard. It weighs 12lbs!
The company is probably the world leader in flavorings and extracts and they are located in my backyard. Well, Oxnard actually. Ironically, I was in Oxnard both Friday and Saturday last week. I wish I visited their facilities.
Anyway, this is what was inside.
Each jar has the item name and even instructions on use (ratios)
