PROJEKT WHITE WHALE

"modifications" are hidden in ship design: at the push of a button, the normal, everyday supertanker transforms. Much like a Transformer, the supertanker makes cool noises and turns into a giant white submarine.

Phase 2:
1) Invite all bribed workers to become crew of white whale, kill those that refuse so they wont give away secret plan.
2) Invade small pacific island and repeat step 1 with "bribed workers" replaced with "island natives".
3) Create secret base for White Whale on the island.
